WGU Seal Illustration created by Steven Noble

Western Governors University (WGU) contacted Steven Noble to create a unique custom illustration for their new seal that incorporates the look and feel of a classic academic university logo. The task was to include their symbolic owl flying in the center of their seal with mountains and forests in the background all rendered in an engraving style to be able to reproduce on several media applications. A separate simplified version was also created for smaller sizes. WGU is the largest private online accredited university in the United States.
