Steven Noble was commissioned by Hogarth (NYC) to create three custom portrait illustrations rendered in an engraving style for Verizon’s new billboards ads. The three portrait include Abraham Lincoln, Ben Franklin, and George Washington based on the dollar bill with their faces in a “surprising” facial gesture. The eyes are popping, eye brows raised, mouth adjusted and wrinkles applied. These billboard ads were released to advertise their lower wireless rates across the US. Billboard ads were first released in Times Square (NYC).
